Student Data and Reporting

1. I hereby furnish the accurate student data for reporting purposes


Enrollment Completion

2. I have completed the enrollment process by completing this form and by paying the full cost of the courses or making a 1000 INR payment


Attendance Requirements

3. I will attend every class on time or contact Junisys with a reason for non-attendance


Assessment and Audit Permissions

4. I give permission for Junisys to keep samples of my assessment evidence for audit and validation purposes


Publicity and Promotion Rights

5. I give permission for Junisys to use my name and any photograph of me taken for the purpose of publicity/advertising/promotion


Certification Requirements

6. I understand that I will not receive a course completion certificate until I clear the test


Payment Terms

7. I understand that if fee is paid in installment then PDCs needs to be submitted before the first class

8. I understand that only 5 extra classes can be provided after the validity

9. I understand that fee paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances

10. I understand that fee paid for one course cannot be transferred for another course
